New expanded menu combines culinary creativity with inspiration from Milwaukee’s award-winning arts hotel

Milwaukee, February 9, 2024…. Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel, an award-winning arts hotel owned and managed by Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, today announced a reimagined menu at its signature restaurant, ARIA. The new menu creates a feast for the senses and focuses on the creativity and artistry of ARIA’s culinary team led by the hotel’s executive chef, Erik Hansen. The new dishes are designed to appeal to everyone from theatergoers and those on date nights to corporate groups and hotel guests, with a collection of creative recipes to satisfy the most passionate food lovers.

ARIA’s Artfully Crafted New Menu

Many of the new dishes on ARIA’s menu are artistically inspired, for example, by Monet’s “Water Lilies” painting, leading to a menu where the ingredients frequently blend in new and memorable ways.

Signature dishes include the new Peas and Carrots appetizer, featuring potato ravioli with coriander-glazed carrot, pea puree and crispy greens, as well as new surf and turf options, such as Octopus and Friends, with grilled octopus, smoked veal, and tuna aioli.

Guests can also try the Herb Tagliatelle, one of three dishes made with handmade pasta. The colorful Herb Tagliatelle dish includes fresh noodles, smoked eggplant, broccolini, tomato confit, pine nuts and Sarvecchio cheese. Other delicious options include the rich and flavorful Mediterranean Sea Bass entrée, served with potato ravioli stuffed with creamed romaine hearts and topped with hazelnut crumble, as well as U10 Scallops featuring seared parsnips, braised laccinato kale, potato gnocchi, and black trumpets with a truffle-chive butter sauce.
