This is how we do it. It’s Friday night and I feel alright. The party is here at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Or at least it will be when Montell Jordan performs at halftime of the December 9 Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks game.
As part of the Bucks’ annual “Flashback Friday” series (which featured performances from the likes of Coolio, Naughty By Nature, and Warren G in recent seasons), the Def Jam recording artist responsible for the 1995 smash hit “This Is How We Do It” and, who knows, maybe other songs will help the team turn back the clock to the ’90s with a center court show at the game’s midway point.
If a rare opportunity to see a seminal R&B talent perform his chart-topping party anthem and, who knows, maybe other songs isn’t enticing enough on its own, ticket prices have been reduced to reflect ’90s-era prices, and the first 10,000 fans through the gates will get a free stadium cup. Oh yeah, the Bucks have also won four consecutive games and Giannis Antetokounmpo is incredible at basketball.
