While many of Milwaukee’s summer festivals, block parties, and other large scale happenings have already come and gone, one of the city’s best fests of the season is still on the horizon. Bay View Bash will return to Kinnickinnic Avenue on Saturday, September 20 and will fill the eponymous neighborhood with 11 hours worth of live entertainment, family fun, retail vendors, food, drinks, and more.
Though it’s still more than a month away, you’ll want to make sure you’re around to take in the sights and sounds of the behemoth block party. Speaking of those sights and sounds, we have the first of five stage announcements for you. Today, it’s time to reveal what will be happening on the WMSE Stage.
The fifth year of the station’s stage will kick off with a live remote broadcast by the station’s popular Saturday Afternoon Boogie Bang show from noon to 3 o’clock. After that, the space will host a handful of impressive acts, including a full band set from Spacecrime and a reunion performance by Fox Face. Here’s the lineup and set times for the WMSE Stage.
12 p.m. — Boogie Bang Gang (Live Remote Broadcast)
3:30 p.m. — Hello, Face
4:45 p.m. — Spacecrime (Full Band Set)
6 p.m. — Fox Face
7:15 p.m. — Charm School
Stay tuned for the full entertainment lineup—including the lineup for the Milwaukee Record Stage—in the coming weeks. We’ll see you Saturday, September 20, Milwaukee!
