While many of Milwaukee’s summer festivals, block parties, and other large scale happenings have already come and gone, one of the city’s best fests is still on the horizon. Bay View Bash will return to Kinnickinnic Avenue on Saturday, September 21 and will fill the eponymous neighborhood with 11 hours worth of live entertainment, family fun, retail vendors, food, and drinks (including a new Bash Beer).
Earlier this month, we kicked off the Bay View Bash announcements off by revealing the excellent lineup of mostly touring acts who will be performing on the X-Ray Arcade Stage. We followed that up last week by announcing the largely local lineup playing on the Milwaukee Record Stage. Today, it’s time to unveil what will be happening at the WMSE Stage.
The fourth year of the WMSE Stage—with support from The Cooperage—will kick off with a live remote broadcast by the station’s popular Saturday Afternoon Boogie Bang show from noon to 3 o’clock. After that, the space will host a handful of impressive acts, including the festival debut of Fight Dice and a headlining set by Austin-based rockers A Giant Dog. Here’s the lineup and set times for the WMSE Stage.
12 p.m. — Boogie Bang Gang (Live Remote Broadcast)
3:30 p.m. — Big Style Brass Band
4:45 p.m. — Known Moons
6 p.m. — Fight Dice
7:15 p.m. — A Giant Dog
Stay tuned for the full entertainment lineup—including the lineups for the Rushmor Records Stage and the Hoan Thugs DJ tent—in the coming weeks. We’ll see you September 21, Milwaukee!
