Want some suburban bar news? You got it, baby!
A new bar and grill called JC’s Parkside Pub & Grill is, according to exterior signage, “coming soon” to 4671 S. Lake Dr. in Cudahy. The property was most recently home to Lakeside Pub, one of the two restaurants embroiled in a burger beef (that we might had a hand in starting…whoops!) in 2016. It was also a stop on our third shift Cudahy bar crawl way back in 2014. Lakeside Pub recently moved to the property that formerly housed The Lodge at 3800 E. Layton Ave.
JC’s Parkside—not to be confused with JC’s Blue Collar Pub on nearby Packard Ave.—plans to serve “traditional pub food with our own little flare.” The business, which has a pretty decent patio and slight proximity to the lake, is planning to open in early July. Stay tuned for more info and a possible First Impression review.
