We’re exactly one week away from Christmas, which means it’s almost time for uniquely “Wisconsin” Christmas food traditions! You know the traditions I’m talking about: the overflowing snack tables, the raw beef sandwiches, and—if you’re my family, at least—the sloppy joes on Christmas Eve! It’s the most wonderful time of the year, indeed.

I dropped by TMJ4 afternoon show What’s Brewing Wisconsin this week to talk all things Wisconsin Christmas food traditions—including, again, those always controversial raw beef sandwiches. Has the Department of Health put out their annual warning about those yet? They will!

Thanks, as always, to everyone at What’s Brewing for having me on. And shout-out to Susie Brill and Steve Brill from the Tipsy Elf pop-up bar in Cedarburg, and Sherry Wilde and Dan Wilde from the Tosa Carolers. Y0u never know who you’ll bump into in the green room!
