Hasn’t it seemed like Amorphic Beer has been around way longer than a year? Somehow—despite routinely releasing innovative and impressive beer, hosting a variety of events in its top-notch taproom (and its gorgeous adjoining performance space), and already becoming a member of the Riverwest Brewery Syndicate—Amorphic has yet to complete one full trip around the sun.

The Riverwest brewery will celebrate the one-year anniversary of its opening this weekend with a party on Saturday, December 10 that will feature an eclectic music lineup, on-site food, and new beer releases. The “Amorphic Beer One Year Birthday Party” will kick off at noon and run until 10 p.m. During that time, there will be FIVE new beers—in addition to its regular options—available in the taproom and at a second bar in the events space located in the same building. Those beers include: Toasted Coconut BBA Major Particles, Wine Barrel Aged Brett Saison Series Variant 1, Meridian and Belma Dry Hopped La Fleurish Saison, Nelson Sauvin and Citra Cryo DDH DIPA, Bavarian Dark Wheat.

From 3-8 p.m., Don Pastor’s Food Truck will be on-site to serve up tacos and more. Beginning at 4 p.m., a nice blend of local projects will perform. Here’s the music lineup and the set times:

4:30-5:15 p.m. — Pay The Devil
5:45-6:30 p.m. — Wave Chapelle
7:00-7:45 p.m. — Soulfoot Mombits
8:15-9:00 p.m. — Cozy Danger
The MD will spin records between sets

Riverwest Brewery Syndicate’s free “Five Three Brew One Two” Brewery Shuttle will be running from 2-7 p.m. and will be stopping at Amorphic to pick up and drop off passengers during that time frame. Celebrate a year of Amorphic and enjoy an all-too-rare December mini festival this Saturday. We’ll see you there!
