Milwaukee Record is working in partnership with Urban Cat Coalition to help find loving homes for area cats. Each week, we—with generous sponsorship from Skilos, A Family Pet Store—plan to highlight a feline friend that’s currently up for adoption by naming it “Milwaukee Record’s Cat Of The Week.” This week: a bonded pair of orangie siblings, Paprika and Curry.
Paprika and Curry are a pair of ginger brothers whose personalities fit together purrfectly. Curry, the lighter color kitten, is a whirlwind who loves running, pouncing, and spearheading all mischievous ideas with the pair’s “one shared brain cell.” He has lived with toddlers and handles them well, though he prefers the calmer company of older children and adults, especially those who provide snacks.

Paprika, the deeper red fluffball, is gentle, affectionate, and unabashedly cuddly. He purrs with enthusiasm, and isn’t shy about vocalizing his need for love, attention, or a treat. While he enjoys playtime and occasional bursts of zoomies, his true specialty is snuggling close to his humans.

Together, they’re the perfect mix of silly, sweet, cuddly, playful, and entertaining. They adore each other, and want nothing more than a home where we can grow up side-by-side. If you’re looking for a bonded pair who will fill your home with laughter, affection, and double the orangie goodness, they’d love to meet you!
