Jake “The Snake” Plummer, former Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals QB, played ten seasons in the NFL, passed for almost 30,000 yards, and threw 161 touchdowns. Since retiring, he has made a career transition to mushroom farmer at MyCOLove Farm in Fort Lupton, Colorado. In addition, he launched UMBO, a functional mushroom supplement company.
