Roughly 31,000 fans packed American Family Field Monday night to watch their beloved Milwaukee Brewers dismantle the Tampa Bay Rays 10-1 in Game 3 of the 2026 World Series. The stadium erupted when the Brewers took a 2-0 lead in the 3rd. It went wild during that mind-boggling 8-run 5th. It cheered the Famous Racing Sausages (congrats, Chorizo!), sang “Roll Out The Barrel,” and dished out countless high-fives as the Brewers rocketed to 3-0 in the series.
It was one of the most exciting home games of the year. And it was played in Florida.
Yep, last night’s ruckus at AmFam Field was for a watch party. But other than watching the game on the stadium’s giant screen—and having to listen to FOX Sports color analyst John Smoltz grumble about William Contreras correctly challenging a pitch when the Crew was up 2-0—it was more or less a real-deal home game. There was pre-game tailgating. There were huge lines for merch. There were huge lines for food and beer. The stadium announcer introduced the Brewers’ at-bats and played the players’ walk-up songs. The Dance Crew danced. The Sausages raced. Late in the game, the tarps were off. Hell, there was even a 50/50 raffle!
