No matter what your personal politics are, we can all agree on this one thing: the Milwaukee Bucks have been pretty amazing this season.

The Giannis Antetokounmpo-led team currently boasts an NBA-best 39-13 record. During this unparalleled period of Milwaukee basketball prowess, lots of people have jumped on the Bucks bandwagon. At least one of those people is a former U.S. President.

Monday night, Bill Clinton watched the Bucks take on the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center. During a halftime interview, he was asked about Milwaukee’s outstanding start and how he felt about the team’s chances of winning the Eastern Conference. It’s safe to say he—a close friend of Bucks owner Marc Lasry—delivered.

The 42nd President of the United States said how much he likes Brook Lopez. Clinton then mentioned how Antetokounmpo is “unbelievable,” before spending a shocking amount of time talking about how reliable fairly new Bucks acquisition George Hill has been.

It’s a special time in Milwaukee. The Bucks have the best record in the NBA, superstar Anthony Davis would reportedly consider signing a long-term deal to play here, and Bill Clinton is giving solid takes about the likes of Brook Lopez and George Hill.
