Ho! Long-running Denver folk-rock band The Lumineers are gearing up for a 2023 world tour. Hey! That tour includes a stop at Milwaukee’s American Family Insurance Amphitheater on Saturday, August 26. Bay! English singer-songwriter James Bay will open.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 10 at 10 a.m. A pre-sale begins Thursday, March 9 at 10 a.m. Get your tickets HERE.

Also: “Fans who purchase tickets to The Lumineers with special guest James Bay will receive free admission to Mexican Fiesta the day of the show, Saturday, August 26, to celebrate the sounds, culture and taste of México and other Latin American countries.” Neat!

The last time The Lumineers played Milwaukee was March 11, 2020—a.k.a. the night before everything shut down due to the pandemic. [EDIT: They also played here in 2021, at The Rave.] The band later released a live EP of that Fiserv Forum show, Live From The Last Night Of Tour.

Also, the video for 2017’s “The Ballad Of Cleopatra” features a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo from Milwaukee’s Discovery World, which subs for an airport. They even added a little plane!
