Those good-time rapscallions in the Platinum Boys are at it again. The hard-partying Milwaukee band is in the midst of a week-long summer tour that includes a show at Junker’s in Cincinnati on Monday, a show at the Pioneer in Indianapolis on Tuesday, and a show at Reed’s Local in Chicago on Wednesday. Coupled with the group’s many Milwaukee shows over the past few months—and the many Milwaukee shows sure to come—it’s clear that you can’t keep the Platinum Boys down. In their own words, they just keep on keepin’ on.

And so it goes in the new video for “Oblivious/Obvious,” which finds the lovable nogoodniks hitting the road to play a one-off gig in the Windy Cindy. Of course, there’s much more to this candid clip (shot and directed by Chicago buddy Jaff Graffner) than just driving south on I-94. Watch as the Platinum Boys spark that shit and crack a cold one! Thrill as the Platinum Boys make a pit stop at the Lake Forest Oasis and try to win some Minions from a claw machine! Delight as the Platinum Boys play the show and drive back home! Will there be shots of the Bong Recreation Area and “69 miles to Chicago” signs? Who do you think you’re dealing with here?

“Oblivious/Obvious” is from Platinum Boys’ latest EP, We Don’t Dance (Anymore). God bless the Platinum Boys.
