When we posted our handy Summer Festival Guide back in May, one major omission was COA‘s Skyline Music Series. It’s not that we didn’t feel the event that has entertained thousands of folks at the Selig-Joseph-Folz Amphitheater in Kadish Park for more than a decade wasn’t worth mentioning. We just didn’t know who was playing yet.

Over the weekend, COA Youth & Family Centers released the lineup of musical acts that will appear under the bandshell each Tuesday between mid-July and late August. The scheduled performers offer an eclectic mix of folk, soul, reggae, R&B, blues, and more. Each week’s free and family-friendly show runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and those who attend are encouraged to bring a picnic. Buddha Lounge, Cousins Subs, and Pedro’s South American Food will also have food available on-site.

Milwaukee has waited long enough for this lineup. Without further adieu, here’s who will play this year’s Skyline Music Series.

July 11: De La Buena
July 18: Ahvant Soul
July 25: Urban Empress and Urbanites
August 1: Paul Cebar
August 8: 5 Card Studs
August 15: King Solomon
August 22: Tweed Funk
