Hop-heads and punkers alike have reason to rejoice.

In an effort to fill that cruel show-free gap that sits between the Burnhearts/Pabst Street Party each June and the annual February street celebration that is Mitten Fest, Bay View craft beer bastion (a preferred tavern of suspected Family Dollar robbery suspects) Burnhearts Bar has inserted another music-oriented event into its arsenal to shake things up this fall—though this one is happening indoors.

November 12, the bar’s pool table will be pushed into a corner to make room for a shitty P.A. to make for the first—of hopefully many—Burnhearts/Three Floyds Punk House Kegger Party. In addition to the liquid gold from the Indiana-based microbrew magnates Three Floyds on tap (fingers crossed for Zombie Dust!), there will be music supplied by Volunteer and Soup Moat. The Facebook listing says, “This is gonna be a throw back party. Like we did when we were younger, but with good beer for a change.”

The 21+ show/tap takeover begins at 6 p.m. If you need the address, ask a punk. Just fucking with you! It’s 2599 S. Logan Avenue.
