First thing’s first: from Thursday, March 13 through Monday, March 17, Lost Whale (2151 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.) will host its annual “It’s Always Sunny @ Lost Whale” pop-up in which the business will pay tribute to It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia by temporarily masquerading as Paddy’s Pub. There will be games, giveaways, contests, food, and specialty drinks related to the beloved TV comedy.

You can learn more about that HERE. (And while you’re in the neighborhood, drop by The Sugar Maple’s Parks And Recreation-themed “Snakehole Lounge” pop-up that’s happening March 13-16.) Though we’re glad to see Lost Whale doing the It’s Always Sunny… concept again, we’re honestly more excited about a new multi-day event the Bay View bar will be hosting this spring. Next month, they’ll be debuting their spring cocktail menu by taking customers back to 1999.

Friday, April 4 through Sunday, April 6, Lost Whale will host its “MTV Spring Break 99” cocktail menu release party. The brand new seasonal drink list will be paired with some late 20th century fun that includes daily spirit samplings (featuring full proof, zero proof, and THC spirits), themed food offerings from the Pallino Burger food truck, and highly curated playlists packed with era-specific jams you might remember from Total Request Live.

Whether you’re in the bar itself or out on its tented rear patio, Lost Whale is the place to be if you want to partake in some nostalgic spring break-oriented revelry.
