Hey! Do you like drinking? Do you like drinking in parks? Then you’re in luck, because Milwaukee County Parks’ ever-popular Traveling Beer Garden is returning in 2026. YES.

The beer/park extravaganza will once again feature converted fire trucks serving a host of Sprecher Brewery beers and root beers (plus other selections) at a number of county parks between May and September. Hours are 5-9 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. And yep, the “two-tour” format is back!

“The Traveling Beer Garden has become a cherished summer tradition in Milwaukee County,” says Parks Director Guy Smith in a press release. “This year, we’re bringing back two separate tours, visiting 11 locations including Lake Park, adding Froemming Park, and expanding Thursday’s ‘Art + Hops’ Night Market with local artists and live music. These events are a wonderful way for the community to come together, enjoy summer, and support our parks.”

Like Smith said, all revenue from the Traveling Beer Garden goes to improving Milwaukee County Parks. Here’s the schedule! (And HERE’S the menu.)
