Last September, Discourse Coffee announced plans to open a new all-day cafe in the first floor of Radio Milwaukee headquarters. Today, that cafe (located at 158 S. Barclay St.) quietly opened to the public. Always on the lookout for new coffee shops, Milwaukee Record wasted no time before stopping by to check it out.
Beyond the carefully crafted coffee and espresso drinks, the newest iteration of Discourse serves cocktails, brunch, and a selection of sandwiches, salad, and bakery items. Oh, and it’s also home to satellite record and book store nook, with LPs sourced from Lilliput Records. Discourse Coffee will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
