With Matt away at a Big Sur hippie retreat, Ryan and Evan welcome Urban Milwaukee president Jeramey Jannene to The Disclaimer in hopes of giving listeners some actual information for once. Jannene discusses Bay View development, downtown development, transit, the streetcar, and much more. Also on the docket are empty storefronts, a topic that will be addressed further at a multi-venue, Urban Milwaukee-sponsored conference June 1.
