Back in February, Milwaukee Pride Inc.—the parent organization of PrideFest—announced Wisconsin’s largest LGBTQIA+ event would return to Henry Maier Festival Park and help kick off the city’s festival season June 5-7. Now within two months of the festival’s 37th installment (and 28th edition at the Summerfest grounds), PrideFest is ready to announce its headliners.
Today, Milwaukee Pride Inc. unveiled some of the internationally known talent that will be performing on the festival’s five stages over the course of three nights. Between opening night on Thursday, June 5 and the festival’s crescendo on Saturday, June 7, PrideFest will feature performances by platinum-selling pop artist and American Idol winner Jordin Sparks, up-and-coming comedian Jay Jurden, country-singing TikTok sensation Chris Housman, The Scarlet Opera, and Brazilian singer/drag queen Pabllo Vittar.
Speaking of drag queens, PrideFest will also feature appearances by RuPaul’s Drag Race alum that includes the likes of Willow Pill, Raja Gemini, Jan Sport, Nina West, and Adore Delano. The Dance Pavilion will play host to noted DJs like Baby Weight, Kaleena Zanders, and Milwaukee’s own Femme Noir over the course of the weekend.
In addition to the eclectic and impressive entertainment options (including programming at the Children’s Stage, the Dance Pavilion, and the Stonewall Stage & History Exhibit that will announced in the coming weeks), this year’s PrideFest will offer an expanded VIP area at the Miller Lite Oasis this year. There will also be a food drive for Vivent Health’s food pantry on June 5, with free admission from 3-6 p.m. with the donation of non-perishable food items. Oh, and PrideFest is offering a Milwaukee Day deal on Monday, April 14, with three-day passes available for just $41.40 (usually $65) all day long.
Buy tickets now and stay tuned for the full entertainment lineup as PrideFest approaches.
