Milwaukee Record is working in partnership with Urban Cat Coalition—a local organization that’s dedicated to creating a no kill community by humanely reducing the cat population in the Milwaukee area through targeted trap-neuter-return (TNR)—to help find loving homes for area cats. Each week, we plan to highlight a feline friend that’s currently up for adoption by naming it “Milwaukee Record’s Cat Of The Week.” This week: an affectionate little sweetie called Izzy.
Izzy is a sweet young cat with a remarkable story. Born on the streets of Milwaukee, she’s been adjusting to the comfort of indoor life in her foster home. Izzy is incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle up close. Though she’s enjoying her new life, she has a curious side and likes to hang out by the back door, so she needs a family that can keep a watchful eye.
Izzy, an extremely sweet a cuddler, just wants to be near you. She would thrive in a home with older children or a retired couple who can offer her the time, attention, and care she deserves. Could you be the one to give Izzy her forever home?
