First of all, R.I.P. Dustin Diamond, who passed away in 2021 at the far-too-young age of 44.

So, back in 2020, we gave you a “terrifying look inside Dustin Diamond’s water-damaged Port Washington home, which [was] for sale.” Filled with old Halloween decorations and tons of clutter, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence—complete with a severely overgrown yard—was, um, something:

And because we wrote about the house in 2020—and because that article still gets traffic today—we feel it’s our duty to report that the 124 Grandview Dr. property has been completely remodeled and is once again for sale. It looks nice!

The then-new house went for $340,000 when Diamond put money down on it in 2003. (A few years later, when the Saved By The Bell actor fell behind on his mortgage, the house was the subject of a “Save Screech’s House” campaign.) Diamond moved to Florida in 2018; in 2020, the then-water-damaged home was listed for $280,000. Now it could be yours for $529,900. And it even has an extra bedroom, an extra bathroom, and a new deck!

Prepare to be blown away at this completely remodeled home located in Port Washingtons Spinnaker West! Walk into this open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and brand new white cabinets. Walk outside onto your brand new deck, and enjoy this spacious yard. This residence is not short on space! 3500 sq ft of finished space, including a large rec room, and an additional master bedroom that could be perfect for an in-law suite in the lower level! Enjoy fresh carpet in all bedrooms, and beautiful tile in these renovated bathrooms. This place is perfect for inviting the whole family. Do not let this one slip away!
