New Space & Vendors to Explore at October’s Falcon Flea Market
This month’s Falcon Flea Market brings new and returning local and regional vendors to the Riverwest neighborhood, expanding into the freshly opened Beer Garden and Falcon’s Nest in the Falcon Hall at 801 E Clarke St. Sunday, October 20th from 11am-5pm, featuring over 30 vendors and brunch served up at the neighboring Riverwest Co-op.
Falcon Flea continues its bi-monthly series offering locally made art, vintage, home goods, and more from a curated selection of vendors and small businesses. The Falcon Bowl has continued to transform, as this month the market takes over the Falcon Hall, the newly opened Falcon Nest, and the Beer Garden intimately tucked off the hall. “I remember the day we were planning our first market, seeing space after space this building was hiding,” says Renee Navis, one of the market organizers. “It has been nothing short of delightful to watch the Falcon Bowl team breathe life into every facet of the building, and we hope everyone who visits the market will experience that same joy in discovering the breadth of the historic space that sits right in the heart of our community.”
Every market brings in new vendors as well as some staples, such as Ellas Cafe who will be serving coffee in the hall. The Riverwest Co-op just across Fratney will also be serving its Sunday morning brunch, while the Falcon Bowl bar will be slinging drinks. You’ll find handcrafted jewelry, records, curated vintage, prints, natural home essentials, ceramics, leatherworks, and personal typewritten poetry. Your complete list of over 30 vendors:
