New-art inspired restaurant ‘SAGE’ coming soon
SAGE, a new modern American restaurant & bar is opening in early February on the first floor of the historic White House building at 2900 S Kinnickinnic Ave in Milwaukee’s chic Bay View Neighborhood. Hours of operation- Tuesday-Thursday 11:00am-10:00pm, Friday & Saturday 11:00am-12:00am and Sunday 10:00am-10:00pm. Lunch will be served Tuesday-Saturday flowing directly into Dinner service. Sunday morning, SAGE will feature a signature Brunch.
With extensive renovations to take place over the next few weeks, SAGE is thrilled to present to the community a restaurant concept heavily focused on art, color, growth and sustainability. This hip haunt will feature shareable cuisine inspired by nature’s organic palette. Guests will enjoy bright, dramatic plating on the menu. Plants and protein will be featured, accessing the beauty of the changing seasons. SAGE’s menu to include herbs and produce grown on site. (indoor and outdoor)
The SAGE cocktail program is inspired by flavors from the garden while visually representing a hue derived from the natural ingredients. Guests will access a similar NBV eclectic mocktail menu. Local beer (draft and bottle) and wine to be featured on the beverage list as well.
With the arrival of Spring, SAGE will feature patio and bar seating in the lush gardens on site. (May-October)
SAGE will now be accepting reservations. (via OPENTABLE or phone) Soft opening will begin Tuesday, February 5th, with a Grand Opening to follow that Friday evening, February 9th. (Alderwoman Marina Dimitrijevic to give support at Grand Opening)

Local artists will display their work in the ‘gallery’, a private dining room available to book for special events.
