Lowlands Group Announces Holiday Events Lineup
Restaurants offering special events, Santa brunches, Christmas Eve & Boxing Day brunches, and more
WHAT:
Lowlands Group is ready for the holiday season with special events and extra days of brunch, specials and more at each of its eight locations in Milwaukee and Madison. More information and reservations are available at lowlandsgroup.com.
Santa Cycle Rampage Milwaukee – Saturday, Dec. 2
The official half-way starting point, join Hollander Grand Café and 200+ riders on Downer Ave. and merge into the ride after warming up with some coffee and cocoa or support the WI Bike Fed by purchasing a Lowlands Brewing Collaborative Santa Rampage Winter Ale. For every Winter Ale sold the weekend of Dec. 2-3, $1 will be donated to the WI Bike Fed. Get there early for breakfast and bike parking as spaces fill up quickly.

Tosa Village Holiday Train – Monday, Dec. 4, 4 p.m.
Join the festivities at Buckatabon including an outside bar featuring cozy drinks for both adults and kids while awaiting the arrival of the annual Tosa Village Holiday Train. Buckatabon Shanties and Café Hollander Globes will feature special reservation hours around the train’s arrival and departure, with each experience including a little extra surprise!
Stella’s Toy Drive – Monday, Dec. 4, All Day
Stella was a dear friend to Lowlands, gone too soon. To celebrate the memory of beloved Stella, all are invited to Buckatabon throughout the day on Monday, Dec. 4 for the first annual holiday season Toy Drive. This drive will honor the anniversary of her passing and benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities. Guests who donate a new toy will receive complimentary hot cocoa and cookies. Stop by before or after the Holiday Train festivities to participate in the giving spirit, and make children smile during this very special time of year. Toy donations will be accepted throughout the week.
Santa Cycle Rampage Madison – Saturday, Dec. 9
Joining the Santa Cycle Rampage ride in Madison? Pre-ride and/or post-ride over to Café Hollander Hilldale to get a Lowlands Brewing Collaborative Santa Rampage Winter Ale. Participating Santa riders can get one free Santa Rampage bier, and for every Santa Rampage sold afterwards, $1 of each sold will go to support the WI Bike Fed.
Holiday Cocktail Dinner – Tuesday, Dec. 19
An exclusive evening at Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club, featuring the founders of three local Wisconsin distilleries sharing stories, insight and cocktails, paired with bespoke courses created by Lowlands chefs. Join Evan Hughes and Pat McQuillan of Central Standard Distillery, Tom and Nick Maas of Dancing Goat Distillery, and Guy Rehorst of Great Lakes Distillery for a four-course, six-cocktail event, perfect for a holiday gift experience. Tickets available on Eventbrite starting Dec. 1.
Christmas Eve Brunch – Sunday, Dec. 24
All Lowlands Group locations invite guests to Christmas Eve Brunch. The restaurants close at 3 p.m. and remain closed on Christmas Day so that teams can enjoy time with family and friends.
Boxing Day Brunch – Tuesday, Dec. 26
Café Hollanders, Café Benelux & Centraal Grand Café & Tappery will open at 8 a.m. and serve brunch until 2 p.m.
Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club will open at 9 a.m. for brunch service.
