Every Wednesday at noon, Ryan Schleicher, Evan Rytlewski, and Matt Wild take to the WMSE airwaves to discuss all things Milwaukee. This half-hour fun-fest is called The Disclaimer, so named because none of the oft-ridiculous views expressed on the show necessarily reflect the views of the hosts’ employers. In the next few weeks, a new multi-use facility will open in Milwaukee’s Harbor District. Boone & Crockett, Taco Moto, Milwaukee Pedal Tavern, and Milwaukee Paddle Tavern will all set up shop in the 21,000-square-foot building at 818 S. Water St., along with an entirely new business: a mid-size music venue called The Cooperage. Ryan, Evan, and Matt talk about this exciting news, what it means for the city’s music scene, and the kinds of shows they hope to see there. Next, the gents share their first impressions of the recently released Summerfest headliners, argue about the new Jack White album, and tolerate Matt going on and on about Weird Al.
