What a year, right? Ugh.
Anyway, we’ll spare you the year-end wallowing and instead give you this: On Thursday, December 17, from 6-9 p.m., we’ll be streaming our first (and hopefully last) “Best Of The Worst Year” variety show thing on Facebook Live! It’ll all be part of our annual “Best Of Week,” which kicks off next Monday with a piece on our favorite Milwaukee records of 2020. Fun!
What to expect from “Best Of The Worst Year”? There’ll be discussion of some of those favorite Milwaukee records, of course, along with plenty of new and old Milwaukee music videos. Also on tap: game shows, video games, holiday drafts, a live recording of our “From The Archives” podcast, maybe a live Beef Fizz tasting, holiday lights, more videos, old commercials, and a few surprises. Oh, and don’t forget about beloved Milwaukee actor Ricky Kats, who will treat us to an abridged performance of his critically acclaimed one-man show, “A Lowest Common Denominator Christmas.”
