Between the pristine lake-adjacent setting, the wide selection of local goods, and its proximity to a beer garden, the South Shore Farmers Market is one of the best parts of summer in Milwaukee. Adding to the allure of freshly popped kettle corn, homegrown produce, cold brew coffee, and that breakfast pizza from Cedar Teeth that all help make the long-running Bay View farmers market great is the presence of free, family-friendly live music.

The 27th year of South Shore Farmers Market will kick off on Saturday, June 7 and continue on each and every Saturday through October 25. The farmers market’s live entertainment will also begin on June 7 and will continue each week until September 27. This year’s shows—which run 10-11:15 a.m. unless otherwise noted—includes a vast and varied cast of musicians including Fox & Branch, Frogwater, Matthew Davis, Julien Kozak, Bluegrass All Stars, and many more.
