It looks like Downtown Milwaukee has a new coffee shop. Today, Canary Coffee Bar opened its doors to the public for the first time. The business—located at 720 N Old World 3rd Street—was slated to open in spring, but that date was pushed deep into summer. Canary announced its opening on Facebook this morning.

“This morning we quietly opened our doors. Come by! We can’t wait to have coffee with you,” the post reads. “We plan to operate on slightly reduced hours while we staff up and smooth out.”

Canary will be open until 6 p.m. today, and it appears as if it will be open daily from here on out—albeit with limited hours. If you’re looking for “a new coffee experience in Milwaukee,” Canary is now open for business.
