This weekend, Midwest Gaming Classic will bring more than 10,000 gamers, pinball nuts, tabletop competitors, cosplayers, vendors, entertainers, and extra special guests to more than 150,000 square feet of the Wisconsin Center. It’s an awesome three-day affair, and it’s also an annual reminder that the state of gaming in Milwaukee (and in Wisconsin as a whole) is as strong as ever.

Another example of local gaming excellence is Arcade Jackpot Pro. The skilled player regularly posts videos of him dominating arcade games and cleaning arcades and carnivals out of quality prizes. Since starting the page about five years ago, Arcade Jackpot Pro has amassed an audience of more than 21,000 subscribers and garnered nearly 22 million views on his YouTube page. If you’ve ever watched any of his videos, you’ve surely taken note of his upbeat personality, his celebratory “Hi-Yo!” utterance, and his ability to capitalize on games that typically aren’t meant to pay out prizes.

What you might not know is that this viral star (at least to a very specific corner of YouTube) hails from Wisconsin. Though we don’t know much about the man behind the Arcade Jackpot Pro moniker, we’ve learned “Justin” has at least some attachment to the state. His Twitter bio says he lives in Wisconsin, USA. He has a P.O. Box for fan mail—hell yes he gets fan mail!—in the southeastern Wisconsin city of Delavan, and he claims that he frequents Badger State haunts like Round 1, Gameworks, Knuckleheads, Kalaharia, and the metro Milwaukee Dave & Buster’s.

Best yet, many of his videos showcase those area establishments and, every so often, local carnivals and fairs. As you prepare for a weekend of Midwest Gaming Classic fun, enjoy some videos of Arcade Jackpot Pro cleaning house at some area arcades, mastering games at local carnivals, and winning big at Wisconsin State Fair.
