Milwaukee Record is working in partnership with Urban Cat Coalition—a local organization that’s dedicated to creating a no kill community by humanely reducing the cat population in the Milwaukee area through targeted trap-neuter-return (TNR)—to help find loving homes for area cats. Each week, we plan to highlight a feline friend that’s currently up for adoption by naming it “Milwaukee Record’s Cat Of The Week.” This week: a sweet and affectionate guy called Toby.
Toby is the sweetest and most affectionate boy! He is serious about head boops and loves nothing more than to greet you with a nuzzle, snuggle, and a plop by your side. He is also quite the charmer with his expressive green eyes, sweet meows, tricks (sits, twirls, gives a high five!) and of course those adorable toe beans. How does a white-pawed cat have all black toe beans?
This little guy has used a few of his nine lives but is doing great now, and we think he deserves to keep living his life to the fullest! Both of his hips were fixed and should no longer cause him problems, and bonus…he’s not going to be jumping up on your counters. He does need a urinary diet and does great on rehydrated freeze dried raw food.
Toby is good with kids and adults. He lived with his sister in the past and should be good with a laid back cat or kitten. He has not been around dogs yet. If Toby looks like your sweet-faced boy, apply today! He can’t wait to cuddle up and play.
