Swarmm Events and Kegel’s Inn Expand 2026 Milwaukee Oktoberfest at Henry Maier Festival Park
MILWAUKEE, WI (July 30, 2026) – Milwaukee Oktoberfest is raising the stein a little higher in 2026. Following a record-setting year, Swarmm Events and Kegel’s Inn announced today that Milwaukee Oktoberfest will expand its footprint at Henry Maier Festival Park, celebrating German food, beer, music, and culture from October 2 through October 4, 2026.

Last year marked the debut of Oktoberfest at Henry Maier Festival Park where attendees enjoyed more than 4,500 sausages, nearly 1,800 pretzels, thousands of liters of beer, and created countless memories.
Building on the success of its inaugural year, this year’s expanded event introduces new attractions inspired by Munich’s world-famous Oktoberfest. Additions include expanded entertainment areas, additional seating, and a larger footprint designed to give attendees even more space to gather, relax, and celebrate.
“Last year I finally had the opportunity to experience Oktoberfest in Munich,” said Michael Sampson, owner of Swarmm Events. “What struck me wasn’t just the beer. It was the energy, rides, music, traditions, and seeing generations of families celebrating together. Our goal is to bring that same feeling to Milwaukee and continue building an event our city can be proud of.”
Oktoberfest 2026 will feature:
• Multiple entertainment areas, including the covered Leinenkugel’s Main Stage at the Aurora Pavilion, Hofbräu Beer Garden, Gruber Law Offices Stage in the Northwestern Mutual Community Park, and programming throughout the grounds.
• German Beers served in authentic steins, including Leinenkugel’s, Hofbräu, and a Fest Bier by Lakefront Brewery.
• NA beverages, wine, spirits & Jägermeister cocktails & shots.
• Traditional German food by Kegel’s Inn & other local purveyors including bratwurst, schnitzel, giant pretzels, currywurst, and traditional desserts.
• Traditional bands, German cultural performances and folk music on multiple stages.
• Family-focused activities and kids’ area, including the Northwestern Mutual Community Park, which will be open for families all weekend.
• Events include Miss Oktoberfest, Brat Eating, Stein Hoisting and Weiner Dog Contest.
