Moran’s Pub Announces Team USA Watch/Block Party Series for Summer 2026 World Cup
SOUTH MILWAUKEE, JUNE 5TH, 2026 – This June and July, Moran’s Pub is bringing the community together one match at a time with its Team USA Watch Party Series consisting of four (4) block parties centered around the 2026 World Cup and the spirit of international unity through soccer, food, music, and art.
Since 1998, Moran’s Pub has been showing World Cup matches. They have been stepping up their game each World Cup season, growing their watch parties to most recently in 2022 at Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek. The stakes are only higher this time around as Moran’s Pub is prepared to host the largest Team USA watch party in Southeastern Wisconsin with its four block parties this summer. The four block parties will transform Milwaukee Avenue outside Moran’s Pub into a lively outdoor gathering space featuring a jumbo screen for match broadcasts, live music, authentic Mexican food, and a rotating lineup of artists and vendors.
Partnering with Moran’s Pub for the block parties is Azteca Restaurant, an authentic Mexican restaurant who will be providing support through their restaurant and trucks.
Moran’s Pub owner, James Moran, reflects the multicultural spirit that makes both soccer and South Milwaukee special.
“At the end of the day, this is basically just a bunch of immigrants getting together to throw massive parties for the USA soccer team and the World Cup Final,” said Moran. “You’ve got an English fella with Irish roots, our neighbors at Azteca Restaurant from Mexico, and a community coming together to cheer on Team USA while supporting local businesses on the Ave. Honestly, that feels pretty American to me. That’s what this is all about, and it’s happening right here in our small city of South Milwaukee.”
Each block party will feature multiple World Cup matches throughout the day, outdoor viewing areas, an open back patio, live music, food, and family-friendly programming designed to celebrate the diversity and momentum surrounding the matches. Attendees are encouraged to bring fold-up chairs, settle in, and enjoy the matches with the community.

Friday, June 12th USA vs. Paraguay, Block Party from 5 – 11 PM
• 8 PM: USA vs. Paraguay
Friday, June 19th USA vs. Australia, Block Party from 1 – 11 PM
• 2 PM: USA vs. Australia
• 5 PM: Scotland vs. Morocco
• 7:30 PM: Brazil vs. Haiti
• 10 PM: Turkiye vs. Paraguay (inside pub)
Thursday, June 25th USA vs. Turkiye from 2 – 11 PM
• 3 PM: Curacao vs. Ivory Coast & Ecuador vs. Germany
• 6 PM: Tunisia vs. Netherlands & Japan vs. Sweden
• 9 PM: USA vs. Turkiye & Paraguay vs. Australia
Sunday, July 19th Finals from 11AM – 7 PM
• 2 PM: World Cup Final
All events will take place at Moran’s Pub in South Milwaukee and are open to the public.
