3rd Street Market Hall welcomes Bebe Café

The fresh, homemade, breakfast, lunch, and coffee concept comes from the team behind Bebe Zito

Milwaukee, WI – Monday, November 10, 2025 – 3rd St. Market Hall is excited to announce the opening of Bebe Café, the newest culinary concept from the acclaimed team behind Bebe Zito, co-owners Ben Spangler and Gabriella Grant. Bebe Café will bring a fresh, elevated approach to breakfast, coffee, lunch and grab-and-go dining. Bebe Café officially opens at 3rd St. Market Hall on Monday, November 10, serving daily at 8:00 AM.

“Our goal is simple: to serve gourmet food that tastes like a sit-down meal, but is ready in minutes,” says co-founder Gabriella. “This is high-quality food designed for real life — grab-and-go, without compromise.”

With nearly 20 years of combined professional experience, founders Gabriella Grant and Ben Spangler have developed a menu rooted in craft and quality. At the heart of Bebe Café is its signature house-made focaccia, featured in a lineup of breakfast and deli sandwiches that balance comfort with creativity. The café sources premium bacon from the Smoky Mountains and focuses on thoughtful ingredients that deliver bold, memorable flavor…and fast.

Bebe Café has also partnered with Misfit Coffee to lead its beverage program. Misfit co-founder and Milwaukee native Marcus Parkansky began his craft locally at Valentine Coffee before launching Misfit in Minneapolis nearly a decade ago. The menu will include a house espresso blend and beverage offerings inspired by the team’s experience in ice cream and pastry development, adding depth, texture, and detail to every cup.

The café’s culinary perspective draws from Gabriella’s Brazilian family recipes, Ben’s American comfort classics, and the vibrant, soulful flavors of New Orleans — resulting in food that feels personal, familiar, and new all at once. Guests should expect items like fluffy beignets and Muffaletta sandwiches as regular offerings.
