Since 2000, the Tosa Tonight summer concert series has brought free and family-friendly live music to Rotary Performance Pavilion in Wauwatosa’s Hart Park. Thankfully, Tosa Tonight won’t just be returning for another multi-concert season in 2025, they’ll also be starting the series off with the biggest booking in its quarter-century history.

On Wednesday, June 18, Tosa Tonight will kick off its 25th anniversary season by welcoming Old 97’s to the pavilion. The legendary and long-running Texas outfit will come to Wauwatosa in belated support of its 13th album, 2024’s American Primitive. As if a free outdoor performance by a seminal alt-country mainstay isn’t already good enough, the 97’s will also be joined on the bill by Milwaukee’s own Ladybird, who will start things off at 6 p.m.

Following the June 18 edition, Tosa Tonight will also have eight more concerts spread between June 25 and August 13. Stay tuned for the full series lineup in the weeks to come. In the meantime, save the date because Wauwatosa is getting a dose of Old 97’s on June 18!
