With a statewide presence on draft lines and store shelves, oodles of acclaim and brewing awards, and as the host of some of the city’s best beer events, it feels like Third Space Brewing has been around far longer than it actually has. However, the Menomonee Valley brewery and taproom is still a relative youngster in the Milwaukee beer scene.
On Saturday, September 27, Third Space will celebrate its ninth birthday—while simultaneously welcoming the first weekend of autumn in grand fashion—with a limited edition beer release of a “champagne-style ale,” a few food trucks, a dash of philanthropy, and loads of live entertainment.
The 9th Anniversary Party will feature Third Space’s array of exceptional beers, an eclectic mix of local food vendors (including Piña Mexican Eats, Off Shore MKE, and Ian’s Pizza) serving up tasty treats, and opportunities to donate to YMCA Camp Minikani—where Third Space’s founders first met. Best yet, the brewery’s outdoor deck will host close to 10 hours worth of live music from great Milwaukee acts.
Music will run from 12:30 p.m. through 10 p.m., and there’s no cover…though there’s a $10 suggested donation to support Camp Minikani. Here’s the full music lineup.
12:30 p.m. — Murphy
3:00 p.m.— Fuzzysurf
4:30 p.m. — The MilBillies
6:00 p.m. — HOSTS
7:30 p.m. — Cozy Danger
9:00 p.m. — De La Buena
Whether you’re celebrating nine years of Third Space Brewing, letting the summer fun rolling into early autumn, or you’re just looking to see six awesome Wisconsin bands for free (or a small donation), you won’t want to miss Third Space’s 9th Anniversary Party. Cheers!
