We have some good news for fans of beer, the outdoors, and drinking beer outdoors! Today, Milwaukee County Parks announced The Vine Humboldt—a wine and beer garden at Humboldt Park in Bay View—will kick off its 2024 season at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 23. That’s Thursday! But there’s more…

From 4-4:20 p.m. on Thursday, visitors can also get free beer and free root beer in celebration of the first “prost” of the season. The opening night also coincides with the first installment of the Jazz At The Vine concert series, which will bring Heirloom to the beer garden from 6-8:30 p.m. on opening night.

The Vine’s hours will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays (and holidays), and closed Mondays. You can find more details on The Vine Humboldt, its drink offerings, and its regulations HERE.
