Tired of doing the same old thing for Valentine’s Day? Tired of complaining about how Valentine’s Day is like, a Hallmark holiday, man? Then let East Side painting bar Splash Studio give you a homegrown Valentine’s Day option. From January 31 through February 23, Splash Studio will be an “edgy love-themed pop-up bar” called Cupid Studio. “Fun and flirty” photo ops, love-inspired cocktails (and mocktails), ice cream drinks, special craft projects, and other special events will be on the menu. Also, “conversation heart-infused vodka.”

Share the love at Valentine’s Day-inspired Pop-Up Bar, Cupid Studio, beginning January 31st
Love is in the air! The cute, diaper-clad son of the Love goddess Venus is transforming Splash Studio into Milwaukee’s Cupid Studio pop-up this Valentine’s season.
Cupid Studio is Milwaukee’s edgy love-themed pop-up bar, located on the East Side and operated by Milwaukee activity bar company, Bars & Recreation. Cupid Studio will be bursting with fun and flirty photo ops, love-inspired cocktails, mocktails, ice cream drinks, special events, date night “make & take” projects, and inspired decorations celebrating the love of couples, families, besties, and singles.
The Cupid Studio love-inspired menu will include the “Box of Chocolates” flight featuring a Chocolate Orange Bourbon Old Fashioned, Chocolate Martini, and Cinnamon Hot Chocolate; as well as cocktails with house-infused liquors such as “conversation heart-infused vodka”. Cupid Studio will also offer ice cream cocktails including a Bourbon Alexander topped with bourbon maple caramel corn from Lush Popcorn. Mocktails and snacks will also be available.
Guests can simply stop by to enjoy a cocktail and take photos in front of the Love Shack or in the Kissing Booth, or stay and get crafty. The project menu will include kids’ projects, sweet and saucy cross-stitch options, an all new string craft, and Splash Studio’s signature canvas and wood sign projects.
Special events throughout the month will include partner paintings and wood projects for date night or Girls’ Day Out, and more. Reservations can be made online at CupidStudioMKE.com.
Cupid Studio will open Friday, January 31 and run through Sunday, February 23. Reservations will be available, and guests may also call ahead to be put on the waitlist for the project space. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian at all times except Fridays and Saturdays after 5pm, when only ages 16 and older are allowed.
