Milwaukee Record is working in partnership with Urban Cat Coalition—a local organization that’s dedicated to creating a no kill community by humanely reducing the cat population in the Milwaukee area through targeted trap-neuter-return (TNR)—to help find loving homes for area cats. Each week, we plan to highlight a feline friend that’s currently up for adoption by naming it “Milwaukee Record’s Cat Of The Week.” This week: a lovable lad named Tony.

Meet Tony! This little dude knows what he wants. If he wants to cuddle, he’ll sit in your lap. If he wants to play, he’ll let you know. If you adopt this guy, he will become your at-home boss, and your payment will be infinite love.

Tony does everything 100%—sleeps hard, plays hard, and snuggles hard. He loves suckling and making biscuits on soft blankets, snuggling, and just chilling out. He usually stays nearby, and will often sleep with you at night or lay on your desk while you work. He’s right there to greet you when you come home. During playtime, he loves zooming and leaping after his string toy.

While he really enjoys hanging out with the humans, he tends to get overstimulated around other animals. He would do best as an only pet, where he can be the center of attention. He also has a bit of a sensitive stomach, but has been doing great on his current grain-free diet.
