Milwaukee Record is working in partnership with Urban Cat Coalition to help find loving homes for area cats. Each week, we—with generous sponsorship from Skilos, A Family Pet Store—plan to highlight a feline friend that’s currently up for adoption by naming it “Milwaukee Record’s Cat Of The Week.” This week: Steve Buscemi lookalike Lock.
Look at this face. Lock is…um, less a DiCaprio and more a… Buscemi? Despite looking ridden hard and put away wet, this is actually a high quality cat in a slightly Gremlin-y package. He may look taxidermied, but he is absolute bestie material.

Wherever you are, that’s where he is. He’s snoozing next to your office chair, he’s asleep at the foot of the bed (so polite!), he’s standing between your legs as you do dishes (yes BETWEEN). He makes chirpy little pigeon trills to chat with you, and he’s always there.
Also, his fur is half white and half black. Like each individual hair is white on the inside and black on the ends. He’s fancy! If you want a little devil dog-lookin’ slab of beef that meows, this is your man. Come get him!
