A few Fridays ago, I (Matt) participated in a panel discussion on everyone’s favorite topic: AI. Specifically, believing in human creativity in the age of AI. Even more specifically, how local journalists use AI. (Spoiler: Milwaukee Record doesn’t fuck with AI, both because it sucks and because we’re too lazy to figure it out.)
The discussion was the latest event from the Milwaukee chapter of CreativeMornings, a free monthly series where local creative folks hold forth on various topics. And in case you were wondering, there were actual journalists on the panel, too: Milwaukee Magazine editor and publisher Carole Nicksin, TMJ4 reporter James Groh, and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel deputy editor Lainey Seyler.
