The 12th annual Blue Ox Music Festival takes place June 25, 26, 27, 2026 at The Pines Music Park in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Blue Ox Music Festival has opened its Virtual Band Competition submissions, calling on all rising stars and emerging artists for a chance to perform on the Backwoods Stage this June 27, 2026. The deadline for artist submissions is March 4, at 11:59PM CT. From there, public adoring fan voting commences on March 11, and closes on March 21, at 11:59PM CT. Blue Ox Music Festival is excited to announce its complete Backwoods Stage artists, who captivate and celebrate the phenomenal music scene. On Friday, June 26, fans can experience Moonshroom, Gin Mill Hollow, North Fork Crossing, Sprig Of That, and Eau Claire native, Hemma. With Mooncats, Clay Fulton & The Lost Forty, Corpse Reviver, Stony River, and the Virtual Band Competition Winner all performing on Saturday, June 27. The late night jam sessions continue the musical party on the Backwoods Stage welcoming Magoo, The Big Wu, The Spooklights, The Pistol Whippin’ Party Penguins and The MilBillies to the Blue Ox 2026 lineup.
