Every Wednesday at noon, Ryan Schleicher, Evan Rytlewski, and Matt Wild take to the WMSE airwaves to discuss all things Milwaukee. This half-hour fun-fest is called The Disclaimer, so named because none of the oft-ridiculous views expressed on the show necessarily reflect the views of the hosts’ employers. Milwaukee music, Milwaukee art, Milwaukee events, and D.I.Y. lawn care tips are frequently discussed—and rarely agreed upon. The Disclaimer: Talk radio for the sane.

Want some big Milwaukee concerts? You’ve got some big Milwaukee concerts. In a nice continuation of last week’s spring concert preview, Ryan, Evan, and Matt discuss a recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel piece that claims the city is on track for its “biggest concert year ever.” Metallica, Foo Fighters, and the Eagles over three consecutive nights in October? Yep, it’s gonna be one of those years. Next, Matt briefs the gang on John Ridley’s new Milwaukee-based project, No Studios, which aims to do what an exploding car could not: put Milwaukee filmmaking on the map. Finally, the gents marvel at the news that no one wants to shell out $60,000 to run Bradford Beach and Northpoint Custard this summer, fume about the County’s ill-fated attempt to put parking meters in public parks, and get a little agitated as they ponder the point of taxes. Fun!
