Has it already been two years since High Dive opened in Riverwest? Yes, it has. The summer of 2015 saw the new bar—headed by longtime Riverwest resident Jason McBrady—take over the shuttered Impala Lounge/Riverhorse at 701 E. Center St. High Dive’s grand opening also coincided with that year’s Riverwest 24; now, two years later, the bar will once again ring in the 24-hour bike race with a two-year anniversary show featuring some Milwaukee favorites, a band from Madison, and a new Milwaukee supergroup.
On Friday, July 28, the Riverwest 24 will begin at 7 p.m., and will quickly be followed by the High Dive show. Of note is Wood Chickens from Madison, and the new Soda Road—featuring members of Midnight Reruns and Sat. Nite Duets. Check out the full lineup below:
