Following five successful installments, Turner Hall Tiki Takedown will once again be bringing warm vibes and cool cocktails back to the eponymous downtown ballroom next month. Yes, you can take your taste buds on a spring trip to the islands when the cocktail competition and rum-fueled celebration officially returns on Sunday, April 26.

From 1-4 p.m., Turner Hall will host mixologists from a variety of local bars and restaurants, each of whom will be serving up their own unique tiki cocktail creations using TIKI LOVERS spirits as they compete for votes from those in attendance so they might claim the coveted Tiki Takedown Trophy and Tiki Master title. Confirmed participating businesses include:

Agency Cocktail Lounge
Finks
Lost Whale
Sabbatic
Schotskis
Stella’s: A Cocktail Dive
The Outsider
The Tracks Tavern & Grill
Union House
Voyager

In addition to the delicious drinks on hand, this event will feature live DJ sets by DJ E.Rich. Guests will also be able to purchase food from Ian’s Pizza. Milwaukee Record—the proud media sponsor of Turner Hall Tiki Takedown—will also be on-site to help emcee the event.

Ticket types include general admission (which includes a sample from each participating business) and a limited number of VIP tickets, which include early entry for head start sampling, coat check, two slices of pizza from Ian’s Pizza, and a commemorative cup. Tickets go on sale tomorrow and all ticketholders must be 21+ to attend.

We’ll see you at Turner Hall for the sixth Tiki Takedown installment on Sunday, April 26.
