Milwaukee Record is working in partnership with Urban Cat Coalition—a local organization that’s dedicated to creating a no kill community by humanely reducing the cat population in the Milwaukee area through targeted trap-neuter-return (TNR)—to help find loving homes for area cats. Each week, we plan to highlight a feline friend that’s currently up for adoption by naming it “Milwaukee Record’s Cat Of The Week.” This week: a fun-loving lady named Ruck.

Meet Ruck and get ready to fall in love! She is an easy-going and fun-loving girl who’s looking for a fun-loving forever home. This gal adores people. Ruck has big beautiful eyes and loves a game of slow blinks. The purr engine starts up fast with this one.

She even enjoys being held like a baby. Being a multi-faceted cat, she can easily pivot to a fun-filled evening with laser pointers, wands, and toy tosses.

When you are around, she’ll be right there hanging out. She likes to be where the people are. Ruck will be happy in any home as long as she has someone who loves her and can do a little doting. She’d really like her forever home to have a cat or kitten friend to keep her company and show her the ropes.
