The Rolling Stones’ much-anticipated, much-hyped, and much-priced show at the Marcus Amphitheater is exactly one week away. Yes, on Tuesday, June 23, the Stones will take to the Marcus stage and deliver hit after hit to a frenzied, pre-Summerfest Milwaukee crowd. And they won’t be alone: Today, it was announced that the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Concert Chorale will provide backup vocals for the legendary rockers. Neat!

“This is an amazing opportunity for our students,” Zack Durlam, director of choral activities at UWM, says in a press release. “Not only do they get to perform with world-famous legends of rock music, they also get to briefly experience the inner workings of the music business.”

There’s no word yet on what song (songs?) the UWM choir will pitch in on, but you totally know it’s going to be “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.”
