Last year’s inaugural Arte Para Todos—or “art for everyone”—benefit was an absolute success. Over the course of three nights, 70 acts from all corners of Milwaukee’s musical spectrum combined to play shows at 15 venues spread through three different neighborhoods, as 15 visual artists provided live art to enrich the experience. Not only was the first Arte a ton of fun that brought tons of Milwaukee creatives together, it managed to raise an astounding $21,165, which was split evenly between three local schools.

We’re proud to announce that Arte Para Todos will return April 21-24, this time with more than 100 bands, solo acts, rappers, DJs, poets, and visual artists coming to 25 venues in five neighborhoods during the four-day span. This time around, Walker’s Point (which was not involved in last year’s event) will kick off Arte with a quartet of (mostly) all-ages shows. Saturday’s festivities have grown beyond Riverwest’s border and have spread into Harambee. This year’s partner schools will be George Washington Carver Academy (Brewer’s Hill), Escuela Vieau School (Walker’s Point), Milwaukee Parkside School of the Arts (Bay View), Frederick J. Gaenslen School (Riverwest).

Like the inaugural Arte, most shows will give those in attendance a sampling of Milwaukee music’s depth and diversity by having eclectic lineups. Milwaukee Record—a media sponsor of the event—is proud to announce the full lineup for Arte Para Todos 2016. Check it out and buy your tickets today. Single day passes range from $9 to $17, with weekend passes running a mere $25. Don’t miss this.
