Attention Milwaukee Record‘s resident fish fry expert Caleb Westphal: Little Duck Kitchen (2301 S. Howell Ave.), the private event space of Bay View’s Odd Duck restaurant, will host three Friday night fish frys during Lent. The frys are set for March 8, March 22, and April 5. All three will take place from 5-10 p.m.

“We love the Wisconsin Fish Fry, but it doesn’t really make sense in a small plates concept like Odd Duck,” says owner Melissa Buchholz in a press release. “This gives us a chance to really do a fish fry up Odd Duck-style, and we are super excited to go over the top on it!”

According to the press release, menus will include “A La Carte pricing as well as the option for a 4 course Prix Fixe meal, with several fried & non-fried fish and seafood options each evening.” Furthermore, “the menu will be released the Monday prior to each Friday Fish Fry via Facebook and the Odd Duck mailing list which can be joined here.”
