Fresh off winning the highly-sought-after “Best Meat” title at this month’s WMSE Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser, Gypsy Taco doesn’t look to be shying away from venturing beyond the realm of tacos anytime soon. To help prepare Bay View for Crafty Cow burgers while the neighborhood waits for the Oconomowoc-based burger business’ second location to open next door to Bumstead Provisions next month, Gypsy Taco and its future neighbors will join forces on a one-night pop-up experiment.

From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 24, Gypsy Cow will serve two “special Crafty Cow burgers” and a collaborative Butter Burger Taco on Boone & Crockett’s patio. If you’re looking to try an award-winning burger without driving all the way to Oconomowoc or waiting until April to do so, make Gypsy Cow a part of your Friday night. Of course, all of Gypsy Taco’s normal menu items will be available, too.
